These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on store.madaboutmacarons.com, operated by Mad About Macarons SASU. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator
The store is operated by Mad About Macarons SASU (SIREN 992 653 501), based in the Paris region, France.

2. Nature of Products
The store sells digital products only, including downloadable e-books and online content. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Prices & VAT
As a micro-enterprise under the French VAT exemption ("franchise en base de TVA"), VAT is not charged or collected.
TVA non applicable - article 293 B du CGI.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are transmitted directly to these providers and are not stored on our servers. If you choose to save your card for future purchases, this functionality is provided by Stripe, not by Mad About Macarons.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
After payment, your digital products are made available through your customer account. Using the email address from checkout, you can log in and download your purchases at any time from "My Account – Downloads." Please use a valid email address so account and order emails can be delivered correctly.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content supplied immediately requires you to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
If you do not wish to waive the withdrawal right, do not complete the purchase.
7. Licence & Intellectual Property
All digital content is protected by copyright. Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own private use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, forward, resell, upload, or share these files with others. Any unauthorised use may result in the withdrawal of access and/or legal action.
8. Customer Accounts
When you place an order, a customer account is created (or linked to your existing one) using the email address you provide at checkout. You'll receive an email to set your password, and once logged in you can access all your purchases at any time under "My Account – Downloads."
9. Technical Support
If you experience a download issue or file error, please contact jill@madaboutmacarons.com. Replacement links may be provided at our discretion.
10. Liability
We are not liable for technical interruptions, hosting outages, software incompatibilities, or loss of data related to your device. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
11. Affiliate Links
Some pages may include links to external retailers, including Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, I earn a small commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
