How do I access my eBook?
After purchase, log in to My Account. Download the ePub and open it in your preferred reader.
Do I retain access?
Yes. Your files stay in My Account so you can access any time.
What devices/apps work best?
Most modern phones, tablets and computers can read ePub files. For the Enhanced Edition with videos, apps that support both text and embedded video include Apple Books (iPhone/iPad/Mac) and Thorium Reader (desktop).
On Android, apps like Google Play Books will read the ePub, but video support can vary by app. If you prefer a version without built-in video, choose the Classic Edition.
Can I use Kindle?
Yes, via the Kindle Edition on Amazon (different format). Kindle doesn't play video.
Can I share the eBook?
Your license is for personal use on your own devices only.
Do you offer refunds on digital items?
Digital items are non-refundable. If you hit a technical snag, contact me via the contact form here and Jill will help within 1-2 business days (CET Paris time).
